Block Cards
Define org-wide categories for non-job calendar entries — breaks, meetings, travel, equipment checks, and more.
Removing a block type won't delete existing calendar blocks, but they may not display correctly.
Job Types
Create, rename, and color-code your job categories. Changes flow through the calendar, dashboard filters, and reports automatically.
Removing a job type hides it from new jobs but preserves all existing assignments.
Calendar
Control how drag & drop behaves on the day-view calendar. These preferences are saved locally on this device.
Members
Add team members, rename them, set their avatar color, or deactivate them. Inactive members are hidden from dropdowns and the calendar but all job history is preserved.

Status States
All job statuses — system and custom. System statuses (Created, Assigned) are set automatically and cannot be manually applied. Their colors still appear on job cards.

Requesters
Internal clients who submit assignment requests. Requesters are invite-only — they see only their own requests and never see photographer availability.
An invitation email is sent automatically. Links expire after 14 days — if it doesn't arrive, use "Copy link".
Rundown emails requesters when their request is received, approved, declined, or needs a reply. Email is a nudge — the in-app record is always the source of truth.
Where a reply goes when someone answers one of these emails. It must be a mailbox a person actually reads — replies are not delivered back into Rundown. Leave it empty to use the address set at deploy time.
